Object<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The purpose of these Terms and Conditions of Use (TCU) is to define the terms and conditions of access and use of the TCTECH mobile application, developed by the start-up TCTECH, which connects companies wishing to transport containers with carriers who have trucks available in Algeria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Acceptation of Terms and Conditions of Use<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Use of the TCTECH application implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms of Use by the user, whether they are a carrier or a corporate customer. If you do not accept all or part of the Terms of Use, please do not use the application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Service description<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The application enables:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Companies to search for an available carrier for container transport.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Carriers to indicate their availability and receive transport proposals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Access to the service<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The application is available for free download on Android and iOS platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Registration is required to use the main features and requires the entry of certain personal and professional information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Obligations of users<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Transporteurs :<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide accurate information about their vehicle, availability, and required documents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure that their transport operations comply with current legislation.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Companies:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide accurate information about the container to be transported (dimensions, weight, origin\/destination).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Guarantee payment according to the agreed terms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Responsability<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TCTECH acts as a technical intermediary. It does not guarantee the quality of transport services or the solvency of customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event of a dispute between users (carrier\/company), TCTECH cannot be held liable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Suspension and deletion of accounts<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TCTECH reserves the right to suspend or delete any user account in the event of non-compliance with the Terms of Use, fraudulent behaviour, or a justified complaint from another user.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Intellectual property<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All elements of the application (logo, interface, content) are protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Changes of Terms of Use<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TCTECH reserves the right to modify the Terms of Use at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via the application or by email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Applicable law<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These Terms of Use are subject to Algerian law.
