1. Object
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions of Use (TCU) is to define the terms and conditions of access and use of the TCTECH mobile application, developed by the start-up TCTECH, which connects companies wishing to transport containers with carriers who have trucks available in Algeria.
2. Acceptation of Terms and Conditions of Use
Use of the TCTECH application implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms of Use by the user, whether they are a carrier or a corporate customer. If you do not accept all or part of the Terms of Use, please do not use the application.
3. Service description
The application enables:
- companies to search for an available carrier for container transport,
- carriers to indicate their availability and receive transport proposals.
4. Access to the service
The application is available for free download on Android and iOS platforms.
Registration is required to use the main features and requires the entry of certain personal and professional information.
5. Obligations of users
Transporteurs :
Carriers:
- provide accurate information about their vehicle, availability and required documents,
- ensure that their transport operations comply with current legislation.
Companies:
- provide accurate information about the container to be transported (dimensions, weight, origin/destination),
- guarantee payment according to the agreed terms.
6. Responsability
TCTECH acts as a technical intermediary. It does not guarantee the quality of transport services or the solvency of customers.
In the event of a dispute between users (carrier/company), TCTECH cannot be held liable.
7. Suspension and deletion of accounts
TCTECH reserves the right to suspend or delete any user account in the event of non-compliance with the Terms of Use, fraudulent behaviour, or a justified complaint from another user.
8. Intellectual property
All elements of the application (logo, interface, content) are protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited.
9. Changes of Terms of Use
TCTECH reserves the right to modify the Terms of Use at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via the application or by email.
10. Applicable law
These Terms of Use are subject to Algerian law. In the event of a dispute, the Algerian courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
